Men’s Health 101Webinar

What you need to know about Men's Health!

When it comes to men’s health, concerns can often take a backseat. From being too busy, to battling the need to be macho, men are more likely to dodge annual doctor visits. However, as we get older, skipping annual screenings can cause grave consequences.

In fact, heart disease is the leading cause of death for men in the United States. Did you know that many of the risk factors are detectable, treatable, and even preventable? 70% is controllable through lifestyle!

During our time together at my next webinar, Men's Health 101, on Monday, November 25th at 12:00 pm AKST, I will discuss common men’s health concerns as well as necessary lifestyle changes to prevent disease.

The topic of men’s health is important and shouldn't be underestimated. With tools to prevent disease, there’s no excuse for not getting the care one needs. Men's Health 101 will make your healthcare routine much clearer!
